Resum:	Es defensa la creació i l’aplicació d’una teoria de la seguretat en el sistema de justícia penal, específicament pel que fa a les identificacions de testimonis oculars. Es desenvoluparà un model de seguretat específic, basat en aquestes discussions i en l’innovador model de seguretat STAMP. It defends the creation and application of a theory of security in the criminal justice system, specifically with regard to the identifications of eyewitnesses.
