Presentació de la 1a trobada, amb la intenció de que es produeixen de manera sistemàtica, sobre filosofia del dret. La trobada es fa per l’acord i la voluntat de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra, Università Roma Tre i la Universitat de Girona. La trobada versa sobre Errors en la producció i aplicació del dret.
En aquesta sessió el ponent, Giorgio Pino, aprofundirà en la teoria de l’error interpretatiu. Com a contraponent, Lorena Ramirez Ludeña plantejarà qüestions a l’exposició del ponent Presentation of the 1st meeting, with the intention that they occur systematically, on philosophy of law. The meeting is held by the agreement and will of Pompeu Fabra University, Roma Tre University and the University of Girona. The meeting is about Errors in the production and application of law.
