Cristina Redondo comença expressant un agraïment immens a Ricardo, a banda de personal, l’obra de crear equips entusiastes que es creen per la manera de Ricardo de relacionar-se amb la gent. Una concepció positivista del dret ha de rebutjar el realisme moral? El treball de Ricardo és el treball sobre el realisme moral versus positivisme jurídic. Ricardo critica AB Ligin i Hart perquè segons ell fracassen en el seu temptatiu de mostrar que el realisme moral és incompatible amb una concepció positivista del dret. Això és el que intentarà fer ell i mostrar que són compatibles, i que una segona conclusió que se segueix de la primera havent demostrat com ell creu que són posicions compatibles, llavors si el realisme moral fos veritable no és la seva intenció mostrar el que ho sigui, per descomptat, però si ho fos això no seria o no constituiria una raó a favor de l’antipositivisme, donat que és compatible amb ell el positivisme diguem
