The exposition provides a theoretical framework for the analysis and evaluation of the disagreement between expert witnesses in evidentiary reasoning. The framework distinguishes four kinds of experts’ disagreement and suggests a set of criteria of evaluation derived from the debate on the epistemology of disagreement
