| This study analyses the influence of labour force adjustment plans on Spanish territory over the last years, as well as the sensitivity of these agreements to economic cycle changes. The empirical study consists in the realization and contrast of different econometric models with panel data, for the period 2008-2016, distinguishing by autonomous regions. The validation of these models has allowed to determine if there are differences in the frequency of adoption of these plans, according to the gender of the worker, the sector and the size of the company | |
