Juventud(es) en movimiento(s): una aproximación a las prácticas de participación política en los colectivos político-barriales de la ciudad de Barcelona

La siguiente investigación tuvo por objetivo describir a las personas jóvenes que participan en colectivos político-barriales de la ciudad de Barcelona, con la intención de conocer los alcances y las limitaciones de sus prácticas político-organizativas. A través del método cualitativo y una estrategia etnográfica de obtención de datos, se analizaron los testimonios de participantes de colectivos político-barriales en Barcelona. Los resultados señalaron que la composición de los colectivos barriales es homogénea, de clase media y se encuentran en el rango de la juventud tardía; que la participación política en lo cotidiano implica un alto compromiso ético con el proyecto político; y que las estructuras informales de los colectivos barriales afectan la consecución de la lucha política

The following research aimed to describe young people who participate in political-neighborhood groups in the city of Barcelona, with the intention of knowing the scope and limitations of their political-organizational practices. Through the qualitative method and an ethnographic strategy for obtaining data, the testimonies of participants from political-neighborhood groups in Barcelona were analyzed. The results indicated that the composition of the neighborhood groups is homogeneous, middle class and is in the range of late youth; that political participation in everyday life implies a high ethical commitment to the political project; and that the informal structures of the neighborhood groups affect the achievement of the political struggle
