Intervenció socioeducativa a Can Fornaca

En el present treball es realitza una proposta de creació d’un servei d’intervenció socioeducatiu per a joves d’entre 13 a 23 anys del Centre Cívic de Can Fornaca, el qual pertany a la població de Riudarenes, a través de la creació d’una eina i d’un model d’intervenció que ens permeti diagnosticar i intervenir amb aquest col·lectiu, apropant als usuaris/es serveis i estratègies de creixement que els ajudin a millorar la seva situació personal en tots els sentits i que li facilitin assolir objectius personals malgrat les necessitats requerides que puguin viure en el seu entorn familiar, social i educatiu més proper. El projecte es crea per una mancança en uns dels projectes que es troben en marxa al Centre Cívic com és el TESEU, on es treballa de manera més col·lectiva i sense unes necessitats d’atenció individualitzada. Aquest servei s’ha creat a partir de l’anàlisi de les necessitats dels joves que participen diàriament al Centre Cívic de Can Fornaca utilitzant la intervenció directa, informes d’altres professionals i fent una recollida d’informació mitjançant entrevistes totalment informals.

In this paper the author presents a socio-educational intervention for young people between 13 and 23 years of age. The centre where the proposal has been developed is Can Fornaca, which belongs to the town of Riudarenes. The aim is the creation of a tool and a model of intervention that allows us to diagnose and intervene, bringing users and services together in order to grow strategies that help them to improve their personal situation. Despite their personal needs, these strategies will also help them to achieve personal goals, bearing in mind their family, social and educational environment. The project is created by a lack of support in one of the projects that are underway in the Civic Center such as the TESEO, where they work more collectively and without individual attention. This service has been created from the analysis of the needs of the young people who participate daily in the Civic Center of Can Fornaca using direct intervention, reports from other professionals and collecting information through totally informal interviews.
