Anàlisi de l’organització i gestió de la tercera edició del Congrés Overdrive Hacking and Cybersecurity Conference

L’objecte d’estudi se centra a detectar, a partir de l’anàlisi i investigació sobre l’organització i gestió de congressos, les bones i les males pràctiques de la posada en escena de l’Overdrive Hacking & Cybersecurity Conference –producte del procés de planificació previ a la celebració del congrés– amb la finalitat de proposar millores en el seu rendiment i, conseqüentment, el seu posicionament. La investigació es basa en l’anàlisi sobre el procés d’organització d’esdeveniments. La tasca experimental consisteix en una metodologia basada en la documentació, l’anàlisi de contingut, l’observació participant i l’estudi de cas a partir dels quals s’establiran unes directrius en relació a l’organització i gestió de l’Overdrive. Els resultats demostren que la resolució de l’organització de l’acte fou positiva, no obstant això, hi ha una sèrie d’aspectes tècnics pre-organitzatius que podrien millorar la posada en escena del congrés

The purpose of the subject of study is to detect, from the analysis and research about the organization and management of the Overdrive Hacking & Cybersecurity Conference, the good and bad practicies of the staging of th congress –product of the planning process before the celebration of the act– in order to purpose some improvements to its performace and, consequently, enhace its positioning on the market. For this purpose, the research is based on the analysis of the process of planning events. The experimental task consists on a methodology based on documentation, content analysis, participant observation and a case study, out of which some guidelines will be established regarding the organization and management of the Overdrive. The results have effectively shown that the resolution of the organization of the event was positive, however, there are a number of pre-organizational technical aspects that could improve the staging of the congress
