El principal criteri a l’hora de triar el tema del treball va ser que el projecte que volia dur a terme havia de ser el resultat de la conformació d’un espai de nova creació, és a dir, sense tenir la necessitat d’intervenir dins un espai ja existent. D’aquesta manera, vaig descartar des d’un primer moment fer un projecte de reforma, ja que em sentia més còmode generant un projecte “des de zero”, sense haver de partir de cap premissa arquitectònica preexistent
