Predictores del bienestar subjetivo de niños, niñas y adolescentes en Chile

The research aims to analyze the influence of microsystems family, school and neighborhood on subjective well-being of children and adolescents Chileans through the respective systems of selected indicators. A crossover design with data from the International Survey on Children’s Well-Being [ISCWeB] is used. The sample is 1392 students between 10 and 13 years of urban municipal type establishments, private subsidized and private of the Metropolitan, Valparaíso and Biobío. The instruments used are: Overall Life Satisfaction (OLS), Overal Happiness Scale (OHS), Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale (SLSS), Personal Wellbeing Index—School Children (PWI-SC), Brief Multidimensional Students’ Life Satisfaction Scale (BMSLSS) and General Domain Satisfaction Index (GDSI)

La investigació té com a objectiu analitzar la influència dels microsistemes família, escola i barri sobre el benestar subjectiu de nens, nenes i adolescents xilens, mitjançant els respectius sistemes d’indicadors seleccionats. S’utilitza un disseny transversal amb dades de la International Survey on Children Well-Being [ISCWeB]. La mostra és de 1392 estudiants entre 10 i 13 anys d’establiments urbans de tipus municipal, en particular subvencionat i privat de les regions Metropolitana, Valparaíso i Biobío. Els instruments utilitzats són: Escala d’ítem únic de Satisfacció Global amb la Vida (OLS), Escala d’ítem únic de Felicitat (OHS), Escala de Satisfacció amb la Vida per a Estudiants (SLSS), Índex de Benestar Personal - Versió Escolar (PWI -sc), Escala Breu Multidimensional de Satisfacció amb la Vida per a Estudiants (BMSLSS), Índex General de Satisfacció per Àmbits (GDSI)
