L’habitatge aïllat del Pla de l’Estany, un element estructural per la incorporació de joves agricultors

El món rural al Pla de l’Estany està patint un abandonament de l’activitat agrària tradicional, entesa com la simbiosi entre la masia, la terra i la pagesia, que conjuntament harmonitzen l’explotació agrària familiar. L’habitatge i, concretament la masia, era a la Catalunya Vella un element clau del món rural. Amb aquest treball de recerca s’han analitzat els diferents factors que afecten l’habitatge aïllat del món rural del Pla de l’Estany. Per fer-ho possible, s’ha determinat l’estat de conservació, així com la dotació de serveis bàsics i el seu ús actual, amb l’objectiu d’identificar les masies que resten deshabitades i que podrien ser aptes per poder iniciar un procés de recuperació de l’habitatge. Aquest fet es vincula a una explotació agrària per tal de valorar la possible incorporació de joves agricultors, en un model en consonància amb la terra. Per complementar les dades, s’ha analitzat l’ocupació i l’ús residencial de les masies, la vinculació d’aquestes amb el sector agrari i les diferents activitats econòmiques i comercials que s’hi desenvolupen a fi de detectar les debilitats, amenaces, fortaleses i oportunitats a les quals l’habitatge aïllat del mon rural està sotmès

The rural environment of Pla de l’Estany suffers from the abandonment of traditional agricultural activity, that is to say the symbiosis between the farm, the land and the peasantry, which jointly harmonize the family farm. The habitat and, more specifically the farm, was a key element of the rural world in Ancient Catalonia. In this research work, the different factors affecting the isolated housing of the rural area of Pla de l’Estany were analyzed. For this, the state of conservation, as well as the availability of basic services and their current use were determined with the objective of identifying uninhabited farms that could be adapted to launch a housing recovery project. This can be linked to a farm in order to assess the possibility of setting up young farmers, with a model respectful of the earth. To complete these data, the occupation and residential use of farms, their link with the agricultural sector and the various economic and commercial activities that take place there were analyzed in order to identify the weaknesses, threats, strengths and opportunities to which the isolated housing of rural areas is subject
