El cultiu d’avellaners a les comarques gironines. Un paisatge agroforestal singular

El següent treball de final de grau tracta d’un estudi de l’àrea tradicional de cultius d’avellaners a la comarca de la Selva, i part de la comarca del Gironès, al nord de Catalunya. S’ha estudiat una pràctica cultural tradicional que construeix un dels patrimonis paisatgístics agraris més singulars de les comarques gironines. S’aprofundeix en l’anàlisi de l’àrea i la seva evolució, especialment des del 1950 fins a l’actualitat, posant èmfasi a les conseqüències del sector quan Espanya va entrar a la CEE. Per quantificar la presència del conreu i la seva evolució s’han elaborat ortofotomapes de l’àrea estudiada en tres moments històrics diferents. També s’han realitzat entrevistes a diferents agents vinculats al sector de l’avellana. Es tracta d’un dels pocs treballs que analitza el mosaic agroforestal d’avellaners que hi ha la part nord-oriental de la comarca de la Selva i al sud-oest de la comarca del Gironès, un cultiu únic a Catalunya juntament amb els del Camp de Tarragona

The following final degree project is a study of the traditional area of hazelnut crops in the county of La Selva, and part of the county of Gironès, in northern Catalonia. A traditional cultural practice has been studied that builds one of the most unique 3 agricultural landscape heritages in the Girona region. It delves into the analysis of the area and its evolution, especially from 1950 to the present, emphasizing the consequences of the sector when Spain entered the EEC. To quantify the presence of the crop and its evolution, orthophotomaps of the studied area have been elaborated in three different historical moments. Interviews have also been conducted with different agents linked to the hazelnut sector. This is one of the few works that analyzes the agroforestry mosaic of hazelnut trees in the northeastern part of the county of La Selva and southwest of the county of Gironès, an unique crop in Catalonia along with those of the Camp de Tarragona
