El sistema educatiu i la inclusió. Anàlisi del grau d’inclusió d’alumnat amb diversitat funcional relacionat amb la complexitat del centres educatius

Aquesta investigació, parteix sobre un enfocament inclusiu amb alumnat amb diversitat funcional, al sistema educatiu actualment vigent dintre de l’Estat Espanyol, centrat en la comunitat autònoma de Catalunya. Entrega una mirada analítica a la inclusió d’alumnat amb diversitat funcional dintre de les aules, que es regeix amb la actual Llei Orgànica per la millora de la qualitat educativa (LOMCE 8/2013) i el decret 150/2017 a Catalunya. Partint de la hipòtesis de si hi ha una relació entre la complexitat del centre i el nivell d’inclusió de l’alumnat anomenat anteriorment, analitza el discurs d’inclusió del professorat, professionals socials i alumnes, dintre de dos centres educatius de màxima complexitat i complexitat ordinària, emfatitzant la comparació dels recursos pedagògics, integrats als seus propis projectes educatius de centre (PEC). Finalment es proposaran propostes de millora dintre el funcionament per la inclusió d’aquests, amb la visió del Treball Social

This research is based on an inclusive approach with students with functional diversity in the current education system in Spain, focused on the autonomous community of Catalonia. It provides an analytical look at the inclusion of students with functional diversity in the classroom, which is governed by the current Organic Law for the improvement of educational quality (LOMCE 8/2013) and Decree 150/2017 in Catalonia. Based on the hypothesis of whether there is a relationship between the complexity of the center and the level of student inclusion mentioned above, it analyzes the discourse of inclusion of teachers, social professionals and students, within two schools of maximum complexity. and ordinary complexity, emphasizing the comparison of pedagogical resources, integrated into their own school educational projects (PEC).
