El Treball de Final de Grau (TFG) es centra en la implantació dels requeriments de la normativa IFS
Food v6.1 en una empresa de llescats i envasats carnis que es troba ubicada a Girona. La decisió
d’implantar la normativa IFS Food v6.1 sorgeix a causa de les exigències per part d’un client, el qual,
requereix la implantació d’una normativa com són la ISO 9001 (International Organization for
Standardization 9001), la BRC (British Retail Consortium) o la IFS (International Featured Standards
Food ) per tal de poder comercialitzar dins del seu mercat. La normativa seleccionada per implantar a
l’empresa és la IFS (International Featured Standards Food). SUMMARY The Final Degree Project (TFG) focuses on the implementation of the requirements of the IFS regulations Food v6.1 in a meat slicing and packaging company located in Girona. The decision to implement IFS Food v6.1 regulations arises due to the demands of a customer, who, requires the implementation of regulations such as ISO 9001 (International Organization for Standardization 9001), the British Retail Consortium (BRC) or the International Featured Standards IFS Food) in order to be able to market within its market. The regulations selected to implement a the company is IFS (International Featured Food Standards). |
