Estudi d’utilització d’energies renovables i implementació de casa intel·ligent

El present objecte té com a objecte, primer de tot la realització de l’estudi energètic de l’habitatge i valorar els costos actuals tant d’energia elèctrica, consum d’aigua, consum de gasoil i de llenya. Una vegada realitzat l’estudi energètic actual, dissenyar per cada tipus d’energia la instal·lació d’energia renovable corresponen, per l’energia elèctrica s’instal·laran plaques solars fotovoltaiques connectades a la xarxa, per el consum de gasoil i llenya s’instal·larà plaques solars tèrmiques amb un acumulador que es complementarà amb la instal·lació d’una caldera de biomassa per poder generar l’aigua calenta sanitària i la calefacció en funció de la demanda d’ACS. A partir dels dissenys de les instal·lacions d’energies renovables s’analitzarà si són rendibles i amortitzables en pocs anys. Per complementar aquest tipus d’instal·lacions esmentades prèviament, es realitzarà tota l’automatització de l’habitatge, per tenir el control total de la casa. Es controlarà: la il·luminació, les persianes, el garatge, el reg del jardí, la climatització i la seguretat de la casa. Per assolir l’objectiu del present projecte es realitzarà l’estudi energètic d’un habitatge particular, a partir de l’estudi, s’analitzarà la implementació de la instal·lació d’energies renovables complementant amb la instal·lació de casa intel·ligent i es valorarà si la inversió d’aquestes instal·lacions seran amortitzables en pocs anys o no

The purpose of this article is, first of all, to carry out the energy study of housing and assess the current costs of both electricity, water consumption, consumption of diesel and firewood. Once the current energy study has been completed, design the energy for each type renewable energy installation correspond, for electricity will be installed photovoltaic solar panels connected to the grid, for the consumption of diesel and firewood thermal solar panels will be installed with an accumulator that will be complemented with the installation of a biomass boiler to be able to generate domestic hot water and heating according to the demand of ACS. The designs of the renewable energy installations will be analyzed if they are profitable and depreciable in a few years. To complement this type of installation mentioned above, it will be done all the automation of the house, to have total control of the house. It will be controlled: the lighting, blinds, garage, garden watering, air conditioning and security home. To achieve the goal of this project, the energy study of a house will be carried out in particular, from the study, the implementation of the energy installation will be analyzed renewable complementing the smart home installation and will be assessed if the investment in these facilities will be repayable in a few years or not
