Aquest projecte es redacta per una família amb tradició centenària en el món vinícola, on s’han dedicat exclusivament a la producció de raïm. El seu objectiu és la construcció d’una bodega per tal d’ampliar el seu negoci, no només amb la producció del raïm sinó també en l’elaboració de vi. En aquests moments aquesta família disposa de 25 Hec de raïm, el qual està format per parellada, macabeu i ull de llebre, amb una producció anual de 250000 kg de raïm. En aquests moments, gairebé el 100% del raïm que cullen el venen a diferents empreses i/o cellers, però voldrien canviar aquesta política i treballar amb uns 70000 kg de raïm recol·lectat per ells en l’elaboració del seu propi vi
