Projecte de renovació de climatització d’un habitatge unifamiliar

Els propietaris i habitants d’un habitatge unifamiliar situat al carrer Empordà 8 de Corçà s’estan plantejant canviar l’actual sistema de climatització per un de més eficient, menys contaminant i més econòmic. Actualment disposen d’una caldera vella de gasoil i volen fer el pas a una energia que sigui, sobretot, renovable. Davant l’augment en l’ús dels últims anys de les bombes de calor i de les energies aerotèrmica i geotèrmica, demanen un projecte amb aquestes dues propostes, volen saber en què consisteixen, què implica cadascuna i compararles entre elles i amb altres energies del mercat per a estudiar quina de les dues instal·lar i veure si realment són tan eficients com es diu. Així doncs aquest és l’objecte del projecte: estudiar l’habitatge per a dimensionar-hi una bomba de calor aerotèrmica i una de geotèrmica per a que els clients puguin estudiar tot el que engloba les dues possibles reformes
