Estudi, anàlisi i estandardització del flux de la logística interna d’una empresa d’injecció de plàstics

El projecte neix en veure les necessitats de millora del flux de la logística interna d’una empresa situada en un poble de la Garrotxa dedicada a la injecció de plàstics. Des de gerència es contempla la proposta de construir una nau per englobar gran part de la producció, per tal de reduir els costos logístics de transport, tant de materials, com de components i inclús dels motlles de les màquines. En primer lloc, es realitza una anàlisi del flux logístic intern de l’empresa, dividint-lo en recepció, producció, transport, muntatge i expedició de manera global i, seguidament, s’estudia el flux intern dels skimmers. Un skimmer és una boca de succió instal·lada a les parets d’una piscina que filtra la superfície de l’aigua. Es crea un VSM del procés de muntatge, eina que es basa en crear un mapa de flux a través d’unes icones i d’aquesta manera, identificar els processos que no aporten valor afegit al producte. Se n’extreuen diverses conclusions: es realitzen molts transports que no aporten valor al producte final i hi ha molts malbarataments en el muntatge d’aquest

The project was born out of the need to improve the flow of one’s internal logistics company located in a village in La Garrotxa dedicated to the injection of plastics. From management is considering the proposal to build a ship to encompass much of the production, in order to reduce the logistical costs of transport, both of materials and of components and even machine molds.
