Dimensionament i disseny de les instal·lacions necessàries a una nau industrial d’una empresa càrnia ubicada a Olot implementant la metodologia BIM

Una empresa càrnia disposa d’una nau industrial ubicada al municipi d’Olot (Girona) destinada a fabricar productes alimentaris. Tot i que la nau ja està en funcionament des de fa temps, degut al seu creixement econòmic, l’empresa veu la necessitat de fer-hi una reforma, amb l’objectiu de poder augmentar la producció i satisfer així el creixement de la demanda. Així doncs, l’empresa càrnia es posa en contacte amb l’empresa Plana Hurtós Enginyers, SLP, i la contracta per realitzar el projecte. Per tal de poder obtenir una visualització més realista de l’estructura i poder oferir un millor servei al client, Plana Hurtós Enginyers ha decidit modelar l’estructura amb 3D amb el software Autodesk Revit. D’aquesta manera, un cop definida l’estructura, el peticionari necessita que la nau industrial disposi de totes les instal·lacions necessàries per a poder funcionar correctament i de forma segura, les quals són de subministrament d’aigua, sanejament, protecció contra incendis, refrigeració de les cambres frigorífiques i el congelador, i elèctrica

A meat company has an industrial building located in the municipality of Olot (Girona) to make food products.
