Crisi de refugiats : d’una visió global als límits de la política d’asil espanyola

El propòsit d’aquest treball és analitzar i posar en qüestió la política d’asil espanyola en un context global on, la situació de desplaçats forçosos en el món és cada vegada més crítica. Per contextualitzar, la primera part del treball hi ha la situació de desplaçats forçosos a escala mundial: quins són els principals països emissors i receptors, ja sigui per sol·licituds i per refugiats acollits al país. Seguidament, el mateix anàlisi es fa per els països receptors membres de la Unió Europea i, finalment per Espanya. La segona part està enfocada a l’explicació i posterior crítica de la política d’asil espanyola, la manera com legalment s’estableix que s’acullen les persones sol·licitants, l’itinerari que hi ha per integrar-les a la societat i finalment els punts forts i els punts dèbils d’aquesta política d’asil

The purpose of this work is to analyze and question the Spanish asylum policy in a global context where the situation of forcibly displaced persons in the world is increasing critic. To contextualize, the first part of the work is the situation of displaced persons forced on a global scale: what are the main sending and receiving countries, either for requests and for refugees received in the country. Next, the same analysis is done for the recipient countries that are members of the European Union and, finally, Spain. The second part is focused on the explanation and subsequent criticism of the Spanish asylum policy, the way how it is legally established that applicants are received, the itinerary that exists for integrate them into society and finally the strengths and weaknesses of this policy of asylum
