Delictes de menors a Blanes : un estudi comparatiu amb Lloret de Mar i Castell - Platja d’Aro

L’objectiu d’aquest estudi és analitzar la situació actual de Blanes pel que fa a delictes de menors i comparar-la amb dos municipis amb característiques similars (Lloret de Mar i Castell-Platja d’Aro) per intentar entendre si Blanes és un cas aïllat. Per poder realitzar aquesta investigació s’ha elaborat una anàlisi exhaustiva de dades proporcionades pel servei de transparència de la Generalitat i la Policia Local de Blanes. Els principals resultats que s’han obtingut han estat que Blanes és el municipi amb més incidència delictiva, sobretot durant els últims quatre anys, en comparació amb els altres municipis i que un dels motius que explica aquest augment és l’aplicació del Real Decret 21/2020, relatiu a les mesures de seguretat Covid-19, i la consegüent introducció d’una nova tipologia delictiva. També s’ha demostrat que a Blanes hi influeix la residència del menor infractor i la zona en la qual es comet.

The aim of this study is to analyze the current situation in Blanes in terms of juvenile crimes and compare it with two municipalities with similar characteristics (Lloret de Mar and Castell-Platja d’Aro) to try to understand if Blanes is an isolated case. In order to carry out this research, it has been developed an exhaustive analysis of data provided by the transparency service of the Generalitat and the Blanes Local Police. The main results that have been obtained have been that Blanes is the municipality with the highest crime incidence, especially during the last four years, compared to the other municipalities and that one of the reasons for this increase is the application of the Royal Decree 21/2020, relating to Covid-19 security measures, and the consequent introduction of a new criminal typology It has also been shown that in Blanes the residence of the minor offender has an influence the area in which it is committed.
