La zona de la garrotxa cada cop rep més visitants degut al augment del turisme local, aquesta
situació crea la necessitat de crear nous locals on allotjar els nous visitants.
Es projecta un hotel capaç d’allotjar vint-i-nou persones, amb habitacions adaptades a tots els
clients per englobar més mercat. Això implicarà tenir habitacions individuals, altres de
matrimoni i unes últimes d’un nivell adquisitiu més alt, anomenades suite The area of la garrotxa receives more and more visitors due to the increase in local tourism, this situation creates the need to create new premises to accommodate the new visitors.
