Implementació d’una línia d’injecció de plàstic a través del Lean Manufacturing

El projecte en desenvolupat en el present treball final de màster té com a objectiu mostrar les diferents etapes de concepció, aprovació, planificació i posta en marxa d’una nova línia d’injecció i muntatge de components de plàstic. El desenvolupament del projecte es situa a una nau de l’empresa Sacopa S.A.U., del grup Fluidra, que es troba ubicada al Polígon políger Sud del municipi de Sant Jaume de Llierca, a la Garrotxa. A Sacopa es desenvolupa la injecció i muntatge de productes relacionats amb el món de la piscina, com podrien ser el diversos components que conformen el funcionament d’una piscina. Entre ells es troben, filtres, broquets, vàlvules, llums Led o Skimmers. Per altra banda, també es produeix per empreses del sector farmacèutic al tenir una sala blanca adequada les condicions de fabricació d’aquest tipus de productes. Sacopa està conformada per 11 naus, que es distribueixen entre naus dedicades a injecció, muntatge i emmagatzematge. La nau on s’implementa el projecte és la nau més nova, Sacopa 10, on es situen gran part de les màquines d’injecció, que ronden les 60. A demés, paral·lelament a la injecció també es realitzen alguns muntatges. La zona on es dur a terme el projecte és la zona de injecció i muntatge de Skimmers
