Impacte de la metodologia lean en una línia automàtica de producció

La metodologia Lean és una eina molt present en el dia a dia dels enginyers industrials, durant llarg part del grau i màster, el coneixement de la metodologia Lean i la planificació de la producció van ser les dues grans branques en les quals vaig enfocar la meva atenció i respecte a les quals volia basar la meva futura vida laboral com a enginyer. La metodologia en si és una eina implantada en gran part de les empreses del món i s’ha demostrat la seva utilitat en múltiples ocasions amb un gran nombre d’articles que la defensen. Per motius laborals i presa de decisions que no es podien deixar escapar, actualment em trobo exercint com enginyer de processos (Site Process Specialist) en una de les plantes productives de SIMON S.A., lloc en el qual vaig entrar per mitjà d’un graduate program i vaig aconseguir la posició d’enginyer. Com enginyer de processos, la implantació de la metodologia Lean i la millora continua són eines que s’utilitzen diàriament en planta, de tal manera que la investigació respecte a l’impacte de l’aplicació d’aquestes eines en una situació específica, formula una idea interessant sobre la qual treballar. En específic es tracta d’una línia automàtica d’assemblatge de components elèctrics, des de la conformació del component, a l’embalatge i paletització d’aquest, següent composta per un gran número d’estacions i operacions, manipulada per diversos operaris
