Actualmente, el crossfit, se está poniendo cada vez más de moda y yo soy una de las víctimas que cayó en manos de este deporte tan adictivo. En este trabajo, el objetivo es realizar la organización de una competición de crossfit para Terral Crossfit Málaga Box Oficial. Se crea con la finalidad de fomentar las relaciones entre sus integrantes y la reputación del gimnasio. El logro de dicha planificación, se consigue mediante una previa investigación de teoría y la indagación de intereses del director ejecutando una entrevista y los de los crossfiteros mediante encuestas

Currently, CrossFit is becoming more and more astrend and I am one of the victims who fell into this addictive sport. In this work, the objective is to carry out the organization of a crossfit competition for Terral Crossfit Málaga Box Oficial. It is created with the purpose of fostering relationships between its members and the reputation of the gym. The achievement of the planning is attained through a previous investigation of theory and the investigation of the director’s interests by executing an interview and those of the crossfitters through surveys
