Planificació i organització d’esdeveniments per a l’empresa Decathlon Blanes l’any 2023

El projecte en qüestió s’ha dut a terme de manera aplicada per a l’empresa esportiva Decathlon Blanes, situada a la localitat esmentada i emmarcada en el sector del retail. El treball ha consistit en l’execució d’una proposta de cronograma de planificació d’esdeveniments per a l’empresa en qüestió, enfocat al proper any 2023. Una vegada detectades les necessitats de l’empresa, s’ha procedit a delimitar els objectius d’aquest treball final de grau. L’interrogant que orientaria el projecte seria, doncs, la manca d’un cronograma concret a nivell de planificació d’esdeveniments esportius dins l’empresa Decathlon Blanes. Per tal de resoldre aquesta necessitat, s’ha estudiat el món de la organització d’esdeveniments, i més específicament els esdeveniments esportius, així com la identitat corporativa de Decathlon. Al final d’aquest treball es pot observar el plantejament de dotze esdeveniments que resoldrien la necessitat de l’empresa en cas de poder ser executats, objectiu final darrera de l’execució d’aquest P/TFG

This project has been carried out in an applied manner for the sports company Decathlon Blanes, located in the town mentioned and framed in the retail sector. The work consisted of the execution of a proposal for an event planning schedule for the company, focused on the next year 2023. Once the needs of the company have been identified, the objectives of this final degree project have been delimited. The question that would guide the project would therefore be the lack of a specific schedule for the planning of sporting events within the company Decathlon Blanes. In order to address this need, the world of event organization, and more specifically sporting events, as well as the corporate identity of Decathlon have been studied. At the end of this work, we can see the approach of twelve events that would solve the need of the company in case they can be executed, the ultimate goal behind the execution of this P / TFG
