Liquats Vegetals és una empresa centrada en la producció de begudes vegetals que en un dels seus productes introdueix oli dins d’un mesclador per aconseguir una de les seves modalitats. L’operació és lenta i depèn d’un operari que controla contínuament el procés per tal que l’oli s’incorpori correctament. El control de la dosificació es realitza en funció dels bidons buidats i de diferents marques en aquests, sense existir cap mena de control de les diferents variables de procés com el cabal de dosificació o els quilograms d’oli que s’han dosificat. L’alta demanada d’aquesta modalitat de producte fa que es vulgui automatitzar el procés per tal de millorar tant el procés de dosificació com la instal·lació. L’objectiu és realitzar l’automatització i el control de la línia de dosificació i de les estacions de dosificació que s’incorporaran a la línia de producció, aconseguint repartir l’oli a dosificar al llarg del procés de producció de la línia

The objective is to carry out the automation and control of the dosing line and the stations dosage that will be incorporated into the production line, managing to distribute the oil to be dosed to throughout the production process of the line
