Automatització d’una instal·lació de premsat de brisa de raïm

El present projecte es durà a terme a una instal·lació de premsat de brisa de raïm, que fabrica vi negre per la comarca i volen reaprofitar la brisa de raïm generada per convertir-la en combustible degut al seu alt poder calorífic. Per fer-ho es necessita assecar la brisa i passar del 60% de humitat a un 25%. Els elements mecànics, les bombes i els motors ja estàn instal·lats a fàbrica i no formen part del projecte, només la instal·lació elèctrica així com els diferents elements de instrumentació necessaris per portar-ho a terme. L’objecte d’aquest projecte és l’automatització i control de la instal·lació, des de que el producte arriba a la sitja de recepció des de la instal·lació del derrapat fins que la brisa seca es rep a la sitja de la caldera

The present project will be carried out in a grape breeze pressing facility, which manufactures red wine in the region and they want to reuse the grape breeze generated to turn it into fuel due to its high calorific value. To do this you need to dry the breeze and pass from 60% humidity to 25%. Mechanical elements, pumps and motors are already installed at the factory and are not part of it of the project, only the electrical installation as well as the various instrumentation elements necessary to carry it out.
