Habitatge pel segle XXI. És l’habitatge que tenim el que realment necessitem?

Durant el temps de confinament s’han accentuat algunes de les problemàtiques de l’arquitectura domèstica, aquesta arquitectura passa a ser un espai incòmode, una feina per l’ocupant en lloc d’un espai de protecció i confort. La casa no s’ha de concebre com un volum sòlid sinó un sistema d’activitats, en el qual tots els canvis dels usuaris i les seves necessitats afecten directament els requeriments de la llar, aquests requeriments no es poden preveure, però sí que es poden facilitar solucions que permetin aquesta adaptabilitat en cada una de les etapes de la vida dels residents. La casa ideal és aquella que cobreix totes les necessitats dels ocupants. Així doncs es qüestiona si la casa que tenim al segle XXI és la que necessitem, o a causa de reduccions i eliminació dels espais residuals sense usos definits s’han construït uns espais inhabitables/inhòspits

During the time of confinement, some of the problems of domestic architecture have been highly accentuated, architecture becomes an uncomfortable space, an employment for the inhabitant instead of a space of protection and comfort. The house should not be conceived as a solid volume but a system of activities, in which all changes in users and their needs directly affect the requirements of the abode, these requirements cannot be foreseen, but we can provide solutions that allow this adaptability at each stage of residents ’lives. The ideal house is one that covers all the needs of the occupants.
