Desenvolupament d’una app web per la gestió dels treballadors d’una empresa

Amb la situació de pandèmia que hem patit han sigut molts els treballadors que han passat a treballar de forma remota des de casa seva. Ara ja és molt habitual que moltes empreses permetin als seus treballadors fer teletreball. Hi ha empreses que deixen fer teletreball uns determinats dies i altres que han optat per fer teletreball tots els dies de la setmana amb reunions presencials periòdiques de seguiment. Aquest fet de no presencialitat juntament amb la necessitat de portar un control dels empleats ha estat la causa de que s’hagin desenvolupat moltes aplicacions tipus web per la gestió i control horari dels seus treballadors. Tot i que actualment ja hi ha moltes empreses que utilitzen aquests tipus d’aplicacions per la gestió dels seus treballadors en remot he cregut convenient desenvolupar-ne una de pròpia en aquest Treball Final de Grau (TFG). L’objectiu d’aquest projecte és desenvolupar l’anàlisi, disseny i implementació d’una aplicació web per la gestió dels treballadors i del control horari d’una empresa genèrica. La idea és que els treballadors d’una empresa puguin portar la seva gestió laboral i que aquesta sigui capaç de cobrir les necessitats bàsiques de qualsevol empresa quant a gestió de personal, gestió d’hores treballades, gestió de vacances, gestió de baixes, etc.

With the pandemic situation we have suffered, there have been many workers who have gone to work remotely from your home. It is now very common for many companies allow their workers to telework. There are companies that allow teleworking certain days and others who have chosen to telework every day of the week with periodic face-to-face follow-up meetings. This fact of non-presence together with the need to keep track of employees has been the cause of their development many web-type applications for the management and time control of their workers. Even though currently there are already many companies that use these types of applications for the management of its remote workers, I thought it appropriate to develop one of my own in this one Final Degree Project (TFG). The aim of this project is to develop the analysis, design and implementation of an application web for the management of workers and time control of a generic company. The idea is that the workers of a company can carry out their labor management and that it is capable of cover the basic needs of any company in terms of personnel management, time management worked, vacation management, leave management, etc
