Es disposa d’un terreny en el qual es planteja la creació d’un nou parc de superfície aproximada de 21.350m2 . Es tracta d’un parc en sòl urbanitzable destinat a equipaments. En aquest parc es vol construir un cobert tancat d’una superfície de 350m2 on es realitzaran activitats polivalents. Aquest terreny està situat a la Cellera de ter, entre el passeig del Carrilet i la carretera C-63
