Màquina pel muntatge automàtic de taps de suro per a destil·lats

L’empresa Parramon Exportap, S.L. ha de fer front a una elevada producció de taps de suro per a destil·lats dissenyats exclusivament per l’ampolla de Ron Zacapa XO. Aquests taps són un muntatge compost per un tap de suro, una peça embellidora de plàstic daurat i una peça de fusta. Es caracteritzen pel fet de no tenir una geometria cilíndrica, com els taps de vi o cava, i per no estar estandarditzats. Actualment, l’empresa només disposa de màquines de muntatge automàtiques per a les produccions de moltes unitats que utilitzen càpsules estandarditzades. En canvi, tots els muntatges de taps que siguin de més de 2 peces o bé que no es componguin de taps i tapetes estàndard s’uneixen manualment. Així doncs, partint d’un disseny mecànic ja realitzat en un projecte paral·lel, cal dur a terme el disseny elèctric i la programació d’una màquina que dugui a terme de forma automàtica el muntatge i l’encolat d’aquest model de taps de suro per a destil·lats

The company Parramon Exportap, S.L. has to deal with a high production of caps from cork for distillates designed exclusively for the bottle of Ron Zacapa XO. These caps are an assembly composed of a cork, an embellishing piece of golden plastic and a piece of wood. They are characterized by the fact that they do not have a geometry cylindrical, like wine or cava caps, and for not being standardized. Currently, the company only has automatic assembly machines for the productions of many units that use standardized capsules. However, all cap assemblies that are more than 2 pieces or that are not assembled of standard caps and mats are joined manually. So, starting from a mechanical design already carried out in a parallel project, it is necessary to take a carry out the electrical design and programming of a machine that carries out form automatic assembly and gluing of this model of cork stoppers for distillates
