During my fourth year of career I discovered many things that I was passionate about them. One of them was a new paradigm, which was presented to the my eyes to make me see that programming is more than writing code: the declarative paradigm. Broadly speaking, declarative programming is based on not specifying to the computer how you want to solve the problem, but what you want to solve. The programmer is not in charge of writing the logic of the program, it is only responsible for defining the characteristics of the problem and what needs to be solved, so that it allows one to refrain from the task to know the language necessary for the computer to carry out the operations i allows the programmer to attack the problem at a high level. In the Computing pathway of the Computer Engineering degree at the University of Girona there is a subject completely dedicated to this paradigm and a study its possibilities and use cases: "Declarative programming. Applications”. Throughout this subject I discovered that I liked being able to attack one problem by describing your conditions at a high level instead of dedicating a good one part of the time to define how the program must implement these conditions a low level And when I finished it, it was clear that I wanted to face my TFG in this address
