A sol·licitud dels laboratoris es procedirà a elaborar un projecte, l’objecte del qual és dissenyar les instal·lacions i tractament d’aire de la nova zona de mostreig destinada a la recepció de productes, per tal d’obtenir i garantir les condicions ambientals i higièniques necessàries requerides per aprovar les diverses validacions que certifiquen que les instal·lacions són aptes i compleixen amb la normativa vigent
