La construcció de la memòria entorn la “història recent” argentina: un estat de la qüestió

Inspirat en la pel·lícula “Argentina, 1985” de Santiago Mitre, el present treball proposa un estat de la qüestió al voltant de la construcció d’una memòria sobre la “història recent” argentina. Amb tot, l’exercici s’endinsa en un món actual basat en el passat traumàtic procedent del període de la dictadura militar (1976-1983). Per fer-ho, analitza els debats més recents entorn la memòria de l’última dictadura argentina. I per això, considera dos temes que han estat objecte de polèmica: el terrorisme d’estat i el paper de la memòria en l’escenari post dictatorial. Si bé l’anàlisi se centra en els debats historiogràfics dels últims vint anys, per la naturalesa del tema discutit, aquesta mostra com la política, l’art, l’activisme i l’educació, entre d’altres, se superposen, xoquen i es nodreixen mútuament. A partir d’aquí, el lector té l’oportunitat de submergir-se en una realitat cultural, històrica i social d’un país que diu “Nunca Más”.

Inspired by the film "Argentina, 1985" by Santiago Mitre, this article sets the status of the issue around how the memory on the "recent history" of Argentina has been built. The exercise delves into a current world completely influenced by the traumatic past of the military dictatorship’s period (1976-1983). In order to do this, it analyzes the most recent debates around the memory of the last dictatorship. It states the two most controversial debates: State-sponsored terrorism and the role of memory in the post-dictatorship scenario. Although the analysis focuses on the historiographical debates of the last twenty years, due to the nature of the subject, it also flares up how politics, art, activism and education, among others, overlap, collide and influence each other. This article will allow the reader the opportunity to be immerse in a cultural, historical and social reality of a country that says "Nunca Más" (Never again).
