Els nous esdeveniments arran de la Covid-19: són el futur?

La pandèmia de la Covid-19 ha suposat un abans i un després en el sector dels esdeveniments. Per tant, l’objecte d’estudi del present projecte se centra en detectar com ha estat percebuda la reconstrucció dels esdeveniments, tant pels assistents com pels organitzadors, i com aquests veuen el futur del sector amb la intervenció de la digitalització. Així com, identificar la importància d’organitzar esdeveniments compromesos amb el medi ambient. S’ha dut a terme una recerca bibliogràfica, la qual ha permès conceptualitzar els termes principals del projecte. La recerca ha consistit en una metodologia basada en dades qualitatives a través d’entrevistes a professionals del sector, dades quantitatives a través d’enquestes a la mostra definida i dades documentals a través de la recerca en articles. Per últim, els resultats han demostrat que l’adaptació a les noves formes d’assistir als actes ha estat favorable tot i la mancança de coneixements per la digitalització. Malgrat tot, s’ha demostrat que queda molt procés d’adaptació, però que amb la visió optimista dels organitzadors es pot aconseguir implementar els esdeveniments en format online com a un nou producte, contribuint també amb el medi ambient.

The Covid-19 pandemic has been a before and after in the events sector. Therefore, the object of study of this project focuses on detecting how the reconstruction of events has been perceived, both by attendees and organizers, and how they see the future of the sector with the intervention of digitization. As well as identifying the importance of organizing events that are committed to the environment. A bibliographic search was carried out, which allowed us to conceptualize the main terms of the project. The research consisted of a methodology based on qualitative data through interviews with professionals, quantitative data through surveys in the defined sample and documentary data through research in articles. Finally, the results have shown that the adaptation to new ways of attending events has been favorable despite the lack of knowledge for digitization. However, it has been shown that there is a lot of adaptation left, but that with the optimistic vision of the organizers it is possible to implement the events in online format as a new product, also contributing to the environment.
