Elon Musk: les claus de l’èxit innovador

Les grans innovacions a les quals ha estat exposada la societat han estat en mans de grans genis al llarg de la història, i si ens hem de referir a un dels grans genis innovadors del segle XXI, parlaríem d’Elon Musk. El rol que juga l’emprenedor en la societat ha estat clau perquè tecnologies innovadores com l’energia elèctrica en automòbils suposin un canvi transgressor. En aquest estudi es duu a terme, en primer lloc, un AdC per comprendre com l’èxit, la innovació, les idees o la tecnologia són conceptes inevitablement lligats a Musk i que apareixen quan es parla d’ell. En segon lloc i per contrastar la informació obtinguda, es realitzen dues entrevistes en profunditat a experts en innovació i tecnologia per tal d’afirmar o contradir els resultats obtinguts prèviament. L’objectiu principal és analitzar les claus de l’èxit innovador que giren entorn la figura d’Elon Musk i d’aquesta manera, comprendre en profunditat l’impacte de Musk en el progrés de la humanitat.

The great innovations to which society has been exposed have been in the hands of great geniuses throughout history, and if we were to refer to one of the great innovative geniuses of the 21st century, we would be talking about Elon Musk. The role that the entrepreneur plays in society has been really important for innovative technologies such as electricity in cars to be a transgressive change. In this study, a Content Analysis is first conducted to understand how success, innovation, ideas, or technology are concepts that are inevitably linked to the entrepreneur and that appear when it is talked about. Second, and to contrast the information obtained, two in-depth interviews are conducted with experts in innovation and technology in order to affirm or contradict the results obtained previously. The main goal is to analyze the key points to innovative success that revolve around the figure of Elon Musk and thus, understand in depth the impact of Musk on the progress of humanity.
