Anàlisi gràfic dels isotips dels superherois: tendències en el disseny d’isotips per a superherois

Des dels orígens dels superherois, la seva identitat visual ha anat canviant per adaptar-se a les noves tendències del moment i als nous formats on aquests començaven a aparèixer fora dels còmics. Actualment podem trobar un gran nombre de superherois que compten amb una identitat visual molt clara reflectida en els vestits que duen, però no utilitzen isotips en ells, tal com es feia en dècades anteriors. Per tant, podríem dir que ja no calen els isotips per configurar un superheroi? La finalitat d’aquest treball és analitzar quines són les tendències actuals en el disseny d’isotips per a superherois, en els casos on actualment segueixin utilitzant-se. Per conèixer quines són aquestes, per una banda es du a terme un estudi de casos, on s’analitza la identitat visual de quatre superherois i es creen dues propostes d’isotips, i per altra banda, es realitza una enquesta de participació voluntària a una mostra aleatòria

Since the origins of superheroes, their visual identity has been changing in order to adapt to the new trends of the moment and formats they began to appear in apart from comics. Nowadays, superheroes have a visual identity clearly reflected in their costumes. However, unlike in previous decades, not all of them wear designs which incorporate isotypes. Therefore, could we claim that isotypes are no longer essential to superheroes’ identity? The purpose of this project is to analyse the current trends in the design of isotypes for those superheroes who are still wearing them in their suits. This is why both a case study and a survey are conducted in order to find out more about these trends. On the one hand, in the study, the visua lidentity of four superheroes is analysed and two isotype proposals are designed. On the other hand, the survey is carried out voluntarily by a random sample.
