La doctrina francesa del manteniment de l’ordre: l’aplicació d’un nou model, vist des de dins

Dins el marc de les protestes contra la reforma de l’edat de jubilació francesa de 2023 (Réforme des retraites), un conjunt de protestes multitudinàries s’han desenvolupat des del gener de 2023, essent de les més grans des del Maig del 68. Per controlar la degeneració d’aquestes protestes, el ministeri de l’interior francès ha posat a prova per primer cop dins un marc ampli el Schéma National du Maintie de l’Ordre, com a doctrina del manteniment de l’ordre públic. En aquest treball s’ha analitzat in situ el desenvolupament del moviment social, per poder comprovar com ha sigut aquesta aplicació i si ha sigut fidel amb la doctrina

In the framework of the protests against the 2023 French retirement-age reform (Réforme des retraites), a series of mass protests have taken place since January 2023, being the largest since May 68’. To control the degeneration of these protests, the french Ministry of Homeland has tested for the first time the Schéma National du Maintien de l’Ordre, as the doctrine for the maintenance of public order. In this work, the development of the social movement has been analyzed at place, in order to verify how this application has been and whether it has been faithful to the doctrine
