Els partits polítics europeus: cap a una perspectiva transnacional

Aquest treball vol analitzar els actuals partits polítics europeus i conèixer el seu funcionament i organització per tal de saber fins a quin punt es pot dir si són un partit paneuropeu amb estructures transnacionals o simplement són una suma dels diferents partits nacionals. Per aconseguir l’objectiu plantejat s’analitzarà els dos principals partits europeus (EPP i PES) que són els partits majoritaris del sistema de partits europeus. S’analitzaran tant l’organització interna com la cohesió ideològica dels dos partits per conèixer la situació actual dels partits i la possibilitat d’avançar cap a partits més paneuropeus. En relació a l’organització interna s’estudiarà les estructures internes dels dos partits, l’existència o no d’una figura que permeti la relació i militància directa amb ciutadans particulars, el personal que treballa pel partit i el seu finançament. La cohesió ideològica dels partits també juga un paper important per a poder avançar cap a estructures transnacionals. A nivell d’organització interna i dels diferents aspectes analitzats dins d’aquest àmbit es pot concloure que els partits no tenen una organització interna que aposti per la conformació de partits paneuropeus amb estructures de caràcter transnacional atès que encara depenen dels partits membres que els conformen. En canvi, existeix una bona cohesió ideològica dins dels partits que permetria la creació de partits paneuropeus cohesionats i amb objectius propis i comuns

This paper aims to analyse the current European political parties and know their functioning and organisation in order to know the extent to which they can be said to be a pan-European party with transnational structures or simply a sum of the different national parties. To achieve the stated objective, the two main European parties (EPP and PES) that are the majority parties in the European party system will be analysed. Both the internal organisation and the ideological cohesion of the two parties will be analysed to understand the current situation of the parties and the possibility of moving towards more pan- European parties structures. In relation to the internal organisation the internal structures of the two parties will be studied and also the existence or not of a figure that allows direct relationship with the society and the membership of particular citizens, the staff working for the party and its funding. The ideological cohesion of parties also plays an important role in moving towards transnational structures. At the level of internal organisation and of the various aspects analysed within this area, it can be concluded that the parties do not have an internal organisation that is committed to the formation of pan-European parties with transnational structures, since they still depend on the member parties that conform them. Instead, there is good ideological cohesion within the parties which would allow the creation of pan-European parties that would be cohesive and would have their own common objectives
