Disseny i càlcul d’un pòrtic grua de càrrega i descàrrega de 50 metres de llum

Aquest projecte consisteix en el disseny d’una estructura metàl·lica per a un pòrtic grua, mitjançant l’ajuda de diversos programes tals com el Diamonds, IdeaStatica i el Solidworks. Els requeriments del projecte són que el pòrtic s’ha de poder desplaçar sobre uns rails, que ha d’estar situat al port de Barcelona, i que ha de permetre el correcte funcionament per a poder carregar i descarregar contenidors de fins a 30 tones de capacitat, de camions i trens. S’ha optat per fer una doble biga en gelosia per on es desplaça el carro-polispast, per a poder repartir el pes en la seva gran llum. L’estructura triangular ajuda a mantenir una estabilitat en tota la biga, cosa que és complicat degut a que la distància entre els suports és molt elevada. S’ha decidit escollir perfils circulars per a la seva estabilitat donat que en circular el carro polispast, aquesta és de vital importància. L’únic perfil no circular, la biga HEB per on està fixat el rail, s’ha utilitzat per a facilitar el muntatge i repartiment de càrregues entre el rail i la biga

This project consists of the design of a metal structure for a crane gantry, with the help of several programs such as Diamonds, IdeaStatica and Solidworks. The requirements of the project are that the gantry must be able to move on rails, that it must be located in the port of Barcelona, and that it must allow the correct operation to be able to load and unload containers of up to 30 tons of capacity, of trucks and trains. It has been chosen to make a double lattice beam along which the trolley-hoist moves, to be able to distribute the weight in its large span. The triangular structure helps to maintain stability throughout the beam, which is complicated because the distance between the supports is very high. It has been decided to choose circular profiles for their stability given that when the hoist trolley is moving, this is of vital importance. The only non-circular profile, the HEB beam where the rail is fixed, has been used to facilitate the assembly and distribution of loads between the rail and the beam
