When they explain to us the different organs and devices of the human body in the biology of secondary we neglect an organ: the liver. The present work deals with this little organ valued, but that in reality we could not live without it. In its dysfunction it is not secretariat the bile necessary to emulsify the lipids in the digestive tract, it is not they would process the drugs and hormones, the bilirubin would not be excreted and they would stop perform many essential functions for the organism

Cuando nos explican los distintos órganos y aparatos del cuerpo humano en la biología de secundaria descuidamos un órgano: el hígado. El presente trabajo trata de este órgano poco valorado, pero que en realidad sin él no podríamos vivir. En su disfunción no se secretaría la bilis necesaria para emulsionar el lípidos en el tubo digestivo, no se procesarían los fármacos y las hormonas, no se excretaría la bilirrubina y se dejarían de realizar muchas funciones imprescindibles para el organismo

Quan ens expliquen els diferents òrgans i aparells del cos humà en la biologia de secundària descuidem un òrgan: el fetge. El present treball tracta d’aquest òrgan poc valorat, però que en realitat sense ell no podríem viure. En la seva disfunció no es secretaria la bilis necessària per emulsionar el lípids en el tub digestiu, no es processarien els fàrmacs i les hormones, no s’excretaria la bilirubina i es deixarien de fer moltes funcions imprescindibles per a l’organisme
