Regarding the conclusions drawn from this work, I personally hope that it will serve to make the general population realize that there is still much to be done in the fight against cardiac pathologies and, above all, sudden death in athletes. Although this work has been limited to the region of La Garrotxa, this situation of lack of resources is not only present here, but in any part of the world, both in economically developed and non-developed countries. It should be borne in mind that cardiac problems are one of the leading causes of death in the world and are one of the diseases in which the least is invested. Therefore, despite recent initiatives such as that of Dipsalut, it cannot be said that progress is being made with regard to sudden death, because there is still a long way to go

En relació a les conclusions extretes d’aquest treball, espero personalment que serveixi perquè la població en general s’adoni que encara queda molt per lluitar contra les patologies cardíaques i sobretot contra la mort sobtada en atletes. Tot i que aquest treball ha estat acotat a la comarca de La Garrotxa, aquesta situació de manca de recursos no és present només aquí, sinó a qualsevol part del món, tant a països desenvolupats econòmicament com no. Cal tenir en compte que els problemes cardíacs són una de les primeres causes de mort al món i és una de les malalties en les quals s’inverteix menys. Per això, tot i les recents iniciatives com la de Dipsalut, no es pot afirmar que s’estigui avançant respecte a la mort sobtada, perquè encara queda molt camí per fer
