Housing is a social problem known and recognized by everyone. At the end of 2006, housing became the main concern of Catalans, in the face of unemployment and immigration. And in the last four years the price of apartments in Catalonia has increased five times more than wages. The difficulties in accessing housing continue to be a reality for many people in Catalonia. Is life in 25 m² possible? This question is a fact, a reality and a problem that has generated much controversy and diverse opinions both on the part of society and on the part of specialists since the question has also been raised in the minds of prestigious and renowned architects

L’habitatge és un problema social conegut i reconegut per tothom. A finals del 2006, l’habitatge va passar a ser la principal preocupació dels catalans, davant de l’atur i la immigració. I és que en els últims quatre anys el preu dels pisos a Catalunya ha augmentat cinc vegades més que els salaris. Les dificultats per accedir a un habitatge continuen sent una realitat per a moltes persones a Catalunya. La vida en 25 m² és possible? Aquest interrogant és un fet, una realitat i un problema que ha generat molta polèmica i diverses opinions tant per part de la societat com per part d’especialistes ja que la qüestió també ha estat plantejada en la ment de prestigiosos i reconeguts arquitectes
