Proposta d’intervenció en adolescents amb trastorn bipolar i familiars a través de l’elaboració d’un recurs psicoeducatiu

El present Treball de Final de Grau se centra en l’estudi del Trastorn Bipolar Pediàtric (TBP), concretament en l’etapa de l’adolescencia. Aquesta etapa de transició pot accentuar els efectes del trastorn, afectant el desenvolupament personal, social i acadèmic dels joves. Per tal d’acomplir el treball, en primer lloc, s’ha dut a terme una revisió bibliogràfica actualitzada sobre el TBP, i seguidament, s’ha fet un anàlisi de 5 casos diferents per a identificar les necessitats observades en els adolescents amb TBP i les seves famílies. Finalment, s’ha dissenyat un recurs psicoeducatiu en línia dirigit a famílies i adolescents afectats pel TBP. La pàgina web, anomenada "Comprendre la dualitat", té com a objectiu proporcionar informació comprensible, suport emocional i estratègies pràctiques per afrontar els reptes associats amb el TBP. Per avaluar el recurs, es proposa una enquesta de satisfacció en línia i un anàlisi de dades quantitatives sobre l’accessibilitat i l’usabilitat de la pàgina web. La creació d’aquesta pàgina web representa un pas important cap a una millor comprensió i gestió del TBP. És un recurs que pot ajudar a augmentar el coneixement del TBP en els afectats i les seves famílies, i promoure una major consciència i comprensió d’aquest trastorn en la societat en general.

The present Bachelor’s Thesis focuses on the study of Pediatric Bipolar Disorder (PBD), specifically during adolescence. This transitional stage can intensify the effects of the disorder, affecting the personal, social, and academic development of young individuals. To conduct this study, firstly, an updated literature review on PBD has been conducted, followed by an analysis of 5 different cases to identify the observed needs in adolescents with PBD and their families. Finally, an online psychoeducational resource aimed at families and adolescents affected by PBD has been designed. The website, named "Understanding Duality," aims to provide understandable information, emotional support, and practical strategies to address the challenges associated with PBD. To evaluate the resource, an online satisfaction survey and a quantitative data analysis on the accessibility and usability of the website are proposed. The creation of this website represents an important step towards better understanding and managing PBD. It is a resource that can help increase knowledge of PBD among those affected and their families, and promote greater awareness and understanding of this disorder in society at large.
