Reactivant el límit : Mosaic productiu i regeneratiu entre l’aigua, el paisatge i la comunitat

El projecte se situa al nord de Bescanó, al límit amb el riu Ter, amb l’objectiu de reconectar la ciutat amb la seva ribera i redefinir la vora urbana. La proposta crea un parc agrari i recreatiu que integra paisatge agrícola, aigua i biodiversitat, enfortint el vincle entre el municipi, el Carrilet i l’entorn natural. El parc s’estructura en dos àmbits: les "portes d’entrada", que connecten amb la trama urbana i acullen activitats comunitàries, i el "parc de l’aigua", on canals i basses naturalitzades gestionen les aigües pluvials, millorant la resiliència davant inundacions i sequeres mitjançant vegetació de ribera i fruiters, al mateix temps que promou espais de lleure i educación ambiental. La intervenció suavitza el límit urbà amb estructures lleugeres (coberts, hivernacles) de carácter més domèstic, reversible i autoconstructiu, fetes amb materials locals com fusta i cerámica, fomentant la integración paisatgística, la diversitat biológica i un ús responsable del territori. A l’extrem del parc s’ubica la cooperativa, una estructura modular protegida per un umbracle permeable que recull els usos socials i productius. Els espais intersticials generen zones d’ombra i de trobada, consolidant el conjunt com un espai comunitari i ecològic que reinterpreta la relació entre paisatge, agricultura i ciutat.

Located north of Bescanó along the Ter River, this project aims to reconnect the city with its riverbank and redefine the urban boundary. The proposal establishes an agrarian and recreational park that integrates agricultural landscapes, water, and biodiversity, strengthening the link between the municipality, the Carrilet, and the natural environment. The park is structured into two areas: "entry gates" that connect to the urban fabric and host community activities, and a "water park" where canals and naturalized ponds manage stormwater. This system improves resilience against floods and droughts using riparian vegetation and fruit trees, while promoting leisure and environmental education. The intervention softens the urban edge with light, reversible structures (sheds, greenhouses) featuring a domestic character and built using local materials like wood and ceramic. At the park’s edge stands the cooperative, a modular structure sheltered by a permeable canopy that accommodates social and productive uses. Interstitial spaces create shaded meeting areas, consolidating the site as a community-focused, ecological space that reinterprets the relationship between landscape, agriculture, and the city.
