This work is the recording of a documentary that could serve to promote the traditional bread bakery Can Carbasseres, in Olot. It explores the evolution of the documentary and its relationship with the audiovisual, the script and the production processes, as well as the consolidation of the documentary as a business and the professionals involved in it. The work also includes a study on the baking tradition, analyzing the origins, types of ovens, differences between electric and wood-fired ovens, and the process of making products such as bread, tortell and coca de llardons. Finally, the practical phases of the audiovisual project are described: writing the script, recording and editing, offering a complete vision of the creative and technical process

Aquest treball és l’enregistrament d’un documental que podria servir per promocionar el forn de pa tradicional Can Carbasseres, d’Olot. Explora l’evolució del documental i la seva relació amb l’audiovisual, el guió i els processos de producció, així com la consolidació del documental com a negoci i els professionals que hi intervenen. El treball també inclou un estudi sobre la tradició fornera, analitzant els orígens, tipus de forns, diferències entre forns elèctrics i de llenya, i el procés d’elaboració de productes com el pa, el tortell i la coca de llardons. Finalment, es descriuen les fases pràctiques del projecte audiovisual: redacció del guió, enregistrament i edició, oferint una visió completa del procés creatiu i tècnic
