| This document presents an adaptive system that supports logistic and marketing operations planning of a company in the agribusiness sector. First, we have studied the processes of the supply chain of the company, identifying which of them are oriented to the customer. We integrated these processes with an adaptation model. This model implements a customer profile favoring its buying preferences. Likewise, the adaptation model also includes a context profile. This profile gives the possibility to the company to know the environment characteristics and their impact on the company.
