Abstract:	En aquest treball pretenem, en primer lloc, identificar les Ciutats Creatives UNESCO i concretament les de la gastronomia. En segon lloc, investigar els elements existents a Girona segons les 8 Directrius de la UNESCO per a ser candidata a Ciutat Creativa UNESCO de la Gastronomia. En tercer lloc, detectar els principals agents existents i quins podrien estar interessats en la proposta. I en quart lloc, determinar els passos a seguir per a preparar la candidatura per Girona Ciutat Creativa UNESCO de la Gastronomia In this work we intend, firstly, to identify the UNESCO Creative Cities and specifically regarding to gastronomy. Secondly, investigate existing elements according to Girona 8 Guidelines for UNESCO candidate to UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. Thirdly, identify the main existing agents and which might be interested in the proposal. And fourthly, determine the steps to prepare Girona candidacy for UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy
