Exposició sobre el contracte com a institució, transfons de tot el tema que serà el proper llibre de l’autor i què veurà la llum en els propers mesos. La teoria del contracte te una llarga trajectòria en la cultura jurídica occidental; des de l’escolàstica tardana es produeix un desenvolupament filosòfic sobre la fonamentació moral i qüestions afins. A l’àmbit anglosaxó s’ha produït una explosió teòrica els darrers 40 o 50 anys; menciona els autors més significatius en aquesta línia de producció teòrica. Els darrers 20-30 anys s’han produït molts treballs i investigacions que han intentat explicar filosòficament aquesta institució. Paral·lelament s’ha desenvolupat una anàlisi econòmica del dret i la teoria relacional del contracte des de la perspectiva de les ciències socials...

Contract theory has a long history in Western legal culture; since late scholasticism there has been a philosophical development on moral foundation and related issues. In the Anglo-Saxon field there has been a theoretical explosion in the last 40 or 50 years; mentions the most significant authors in this line of theoretical production. In the last 20-30 years, many works and investigations have been produced that have tried to explain this institution philosophically. At the same time, an economic analysis of law and the relational theory of the contract has been developed from the perspective of the social sciences...
